Pro membership is $9.99 a month, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and you keep Pro benefits until the end of the cycle you already paid for.

Pro membership unlocks:

• 15% off every product in the catalog, on one-time and subscription orders.
• Free shipping on every order, no $50 threshold.
• 5% back in reward credits on the post-discount subtotal of every paid order. Credits stack on every future order with no minimum to redeem.
• Subscribe and save adds another discount on top of the Pro discount when you flag a line item as subscribe.

You can stack a promo code on top of Pro pricing. The order at checkout is: Pro discount, then subscribe discount, then promo code, then reward credits.

We ship from a single fulfillment partner in the United States. Phase 1 is United States only.

• Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 on orders under $50, free on orders over $50.
• Pro members get free shipping on every order regardless of cart size.
• Order cutoff is 2 PM Eastern on weekdays. Orders placed before cutoff ship the same day.
• Delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your zone.
• You will get a tracking email the moment your order is handed off to the carrier.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses, but we are working on it.

You have 30 days from the order date to request a refund on unopened items. We process refunds back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned package.

For subscription orders, you can pause or cancel anytime from Account -> Subscriptions. A pause skips the next cycle without ending the subscription. A cancel ends it; you can resubscribe whenever you want.

If you earned reward credits on the refunded portion of an order, those credits are clawed back at the same time the refund is processed. Promo codes used on the order are not re-issued.

Damaged in transit or wrong item shipped? Email support@fuelhousesupplements.com with a photo and we will replace it on the next outbound run with no return shipping cost to you.

Each subscription bills monthly on its own anniversary date. You can have multiple subscriptions running with different cart contents and different bill dates.

From Account -> Subscriptions you can:

• Pause any subscription. The next cycle is skipped and the anniversary shifts forward by one cycle.
• Resume a paused subscription. It picks up on the next anniversary.
• Add or remove items mid-cycle. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle so the in-flight order is unaffected.
• Change shipping address. Updates apply to the next cycle and any pending fulfillment.
• Cancel with a reason. Cancellation is web-only and irreversible, but you can start a new subscription whenever you want.

A failed payment on one subscription does not affect your other subscriptions or your Pro membership.

Pro members earn reward credits on every order, calculated against the final paid total after Pro and subscribe discounts. Credits land in your account within 24 hours of order fulfillment and can be applied to any future order. By default they expire 365 days after the date they were earned.

Take five grams of creatine monohydrate daily, mixed into water, juice, or a post-workout shake. Skip the old-school loading phase if you prefer steady saturation. Consistency matters more than timing, so pick a slot in your routine you will not miss.

BCAAs are the three branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They support muscle protein synthesis and can help with intra-workout recovery, especially during long sessions or in a fasted state. If you already hit your daily protein target from food and whey, BCAAs are optional rather than essential.

Start with the supplement facts panel and look for clinical doses, not just ingredient names. Proprietary blends hide the per-ingredient amount, so prefer labels that print every milligram on the front. Cross-reference the active ingredients against published research to make sure the doses match the studies.

Every product in the FuelHouse catalog is third-party tested for label accuracy and contaminants. Vendors must hold a current GMP certification and submit a recent Certificate of Analysis for each batch. We publish a quality summary on every product page and pull any item that misses our standard.
