Redcon1 HALO

HALO consists of 100mg of Chinese Smilax, the plant from which Laxogenin, a plant sterol that can help improve nitrogen retention as well as increase protein synthesis, is derived. What does this mean? This means you will potentially recover faster from training sessions, gain lean muscle quicker. Because HALO is non-hormonal, it can be taken by both men and women. The best time to take HALO is (1) capsule 2x daily with food. Ideally, we recommend taking HALO with your first meal upon waking and another serving with your last meal before bed. To optimize the effects of HALO, it is recommended to take it for 12-16 weeks consistently before coming off for 3-4 weeks.
